Avantages
The only thing that will benefit you is your colleagues. The average age of workers is around 30 years. Managers are not taking advantage of the fun and motivational energy of people, which is a shame.
Inconvénients
Be carefull of your direct manager. Executives do not speak the language of integrity and truthfulness. It seems like everything is going fine until you discover that one of your colleagues has been terminated without any valid reasons and without having the opportunity to say goodbye properly. No one will be willing to have an honest and direct conversation. Until you learn directly from the HR that you are kicjed out without any valable reason. Of course they will rush you to sign your termination letter.
