Close-minded German/Swiss-German environment, no diversity, software engineering department based on incompetent people from last era, practically all software engineers have degree from any other discipline, but computer science. A lot of brainwash about own's superiority, while in reality just a german/swiss factory with mediocre conditions, a lot of pr and focus to maintain image of great place to work, which any experienced person will laugh at, but it attracts many students from good universities. Despite the presence of some good departments, software engineering is definitely note one of them.
