First of all, thanks for sharing your view. At Showpad we keep an open mindset and understand and appreciate the gift of feedback. We have forwarded this message to the right group of leaders internally for reflection and consideration, as we care deeply about inclusion and strengthening our culture at Showpad. While we believe in continuous learning and growth for everyone, including our leaders, our latest engagement survey showed a positive 79% score on the question “my manager is a role model for the team”. We’re a global company with strong roots and a majority of employees in Belgium, but we have also seen expansion in the United States, including among leadership. We hire based on skills and experience rather than location, yet want to make clear that we have considered talent from different locations during all of our Executive Searches. We understand how this further enriches our culture, especially when we welcome new leaders to the team, yet believe that merit tops location, especially in this hybrid world.
