- An overly controlling mentality. They do not trust their employees.

I believe very strongly in our people and our product, and I'm sorry to hear that that has not been your experience. Our business strategy has led us to incredible growth year after year, and this year has been no exception.
We are always open to feedback, and I encourage you to share yours with your direct manager or HRBP.
Company not stable, firing employees every 6 months, management not listening to their employees, there is no communication !
Had impression that I was working in 90’s.
