Our current paid media client mix is a myriad of different verticals, so we are able to help our team grow their skills across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Amazon, Pinterest, and more. The company is well set for the future, focusing on ways to implement AI into our workflows. There's a huge focus on innovation and growth.
Inconvénients
The Paid Department feels like its in start-up mode - lots of moving pieces and smaller team size. We are quickly growing, but with that comes some growing pains. With that can come longer hours during sale times for our ecomm clients which can be draining.
