      Worst company I ever worked for - Run away

      Good pay and benefits Remote work Some smart people working there (but very few at leadership level)

      Inconvénients

      Hire and fire mentality No strategy, no vision, no humanity Huge turnover, people leaving not being replaced, leading to unmanageable workload and unhappy customers No consideration for staff wellbeing Little to no possibility for internal mobility Too many politics, leadership is changing every 3 months (including senior leadership) and usually for the worse Etc....
