      Inconvénients

      Lack of autonomy, they want to do the right thing and empower employees but management still has arigid top-down approach that can hinder inidividual teams from experimenting. Alot of gaslighting and controlling around the layoffs from management really destroyed trust

      Avantages

      Work from anywhere, which is part of the Spryker FLOW which basically ensure that we are all integrating work into our lives and not the other way around. Welcoming atmosphere with everybody willing to help.

      Inconvénients

      The company is pretty new so many customer do not know us yet.

We understand that being a "young" company can present some challenges when it comes to brand recognition and customer acquisition, but we are constantly working on expanding our reach and improving our reputation in the market. A clear example of that is our recent shift from Demand Generation to Revenue Marketing.
