      Inconvénients

      Working here used to be great, but now, especially in sales, the atmosphere is terrible. It's a management by fear, if there’s even any management at all. There are so many layers of managers passing down directions, orders, and punishments to AEs, creating a complete disconnection between the managers and the teams. Some recent departures showed a bad indication to the team and the comments of managers even worse.

We are a high-growth company that empowers and coaches team members to take ownership, and while that may not suit everyone, we are intensely focused on improvement: investing heavily in manager training and development is currently a key focus area for us.
