      Avantages

      Friendly and collaborative atmosphere with genuine care for employee well-being (wellness activities, massages, etc.). International, young, and dynamic environment with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Open and approachable management, with transparent communication. Modern and comfortable offices in Luxembourg, with a good work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Some processes are still being defined due to fast growth. Workload can sometimes vary with the company’s fast pace.

      Avantages

      Hard to identify any real positives or differentiating factors at this stage, apart from some flexibility.

      Inconvénients

      - No financial benefits (no 13th month salary, no bonus, very few pay rises, even for long-serving employees). - Management perceived as unequal and lacking transparency. - HR and Legal practices reinforce this sense of inequality and create a strong atmosphere of mistrust. - The slogan “family first” feels disconnected from reality: several employees returning from parental leave were either dismissed, sidelined until they left, or did not regain their previous role. - numerous cases of burnout have been reported, largely ignored by HR and the founders.
