Avantages
Very limited other than the new office in WTC1. It was apparently newly acquired by another European company. This might open new opportunities.
Inconvénients
Worst management ever - locally and HQ-based. They always get rid of their best talents and leaders (fear of competitive benchmark by existing leaders). Lowest pay in the industry - by far! Zero programmatic knowledge. Questionable publishers.

Avantages
I decided to my previous job for new opportunities and challenges and got at Targetspot 2 months ago. This was probably one of my best decisions yet. I have found a company with a young spirit and an employee-centered culture. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic, but everyone is rooting for everyone and there truly is a team spirit that pushes the entire team to grow together and achieve our goals. The management is approachable and always willing to listen and/or help in case of need. Really I have no regrets whatsoever
Inconvénients
There might be a light lack of organizational structure as the company is growing and trying to put some procedures in place. But if you kind find your own way and path within a slightly chaotic environment, you will feel very comfortable.
