    Avantages

    If you are young you can learn a lot about the industry as it seems most people there are also new or have come up from non-production positions. There is a lot of rotating staff and employees so one can move into other positions or departments when there are openings.

    Inconvénients

    There are a lot of young people - management, producers, etc... - that are clearly new to the job and as a result there is a level of professionalism missing. The studio struggles to separate work and life and takes advantage of employees willing to work by not paying them enough and giving them plenty of hours. There is little to no ownership of projects or separation of departments so peoples job descriptions and... tasks are intermixed - resulting in confusion and 'double' work at times. Scheduling of projects is also poorly handled and week to week could be dramatically different - sometimes 5-6 projects start on same day and other times there is 1-2. I realize that's dependent on outside forces but work suffers when you take on too much work without regards to how its going to be done, i.e. communicating with necessary teams. COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE STUDIO WIDE.

    Hire knowledgeable people without regards to personal relationships - stop promoting friends to fill positions without the necessary skills. Managers should be personable and willing to communicate with team members. BE PRESENT and communicate with team when you aren't going to be available for a week or more. This is the only place I've worked where my managers wouldn't communicate their vacation/out of office so... never knew what to expect day-to-day or week-to-week.

    Awesome team. Best people in the world. Very nice coffee machine

    Inconvénients

    Disorganised. When that thing about having a beer and some fun on Fridays at 5PM? Forget it! You have the best employees but worst leadership. Bad salaries

    Build a new house from scratch. Begin with organising everything. Tell people exactly what their role is and exactly what they have to do. What looks hard, it's the easiest part. Organize, tell new people who to go when they need something on a specific area. This company organised, can be a very nice place to work.

    Amazing team, theres no better department at the company.

    Inconvénients

    Payment disparity Artist from europe and us receive almost twice as much then artists from central and south america no matter their seniority. For a company that likes to brag and praise itself on its equality policies, it's incredibly missing the mark on it. Incredibly disorganized So disorganized that you end up doing insane amounts of overtime. Contracts are not extended because we don't have a proper... manegement, a proper organization. Lots of overtime Artists have to work crazy amounts of overtime due to that same management, sometimes workibg +80 hours week. Due to pay discrepancies some artists have to work 20 of overtime to receive the same as others of the same level.

    Maybe actually listen to your artists and invest on them, do not lie to them about how great and equal the studio is, actually make it happen. TREAT ALL THE ARTISTS EQUALLY, no matter where they come from. Be organized with your projects, don't overwork your artists because of your mistakes. You're losing qualified artists by the day and you still believe that you're doing ok. Are you kidding me?

    Great location, for the most part great people and looks good on the resume

    Inconvénients

    Where to start? Over promising and under delivering by leadership (producers and EPs). NOTHING WORKS... the pipeline is janky, projects are started without anyone knowing how to actually produce them and there are bandaids being put on everything. Bullying bullying bullying by people who are highly valuable because they are the ones making the patches and bandaging things to keep things working/aggressively pushing... things forward so that we meet deadlines so no one feels like they can report them and when they do they get told that everyone is experiencing the same thing. ZERO work-life balance. Pretty sure a large cohort of employees have just cranked out more than a month of working every day... Saturdays and Sundays are not sacred. Evenings are not sacred. Forget seeing your kids/spouse/friends. Pay is terrible, especially when you look at the hours. No offer of additional compensation.

    Avantages

    Good working atmosphere, friendly management, and supervisors, great work life balance, projects are of short periods and have quick turn around time.

    Inconvénients

    There is no process of leveling up the salaries according to industry standards. Review process is quite strange.

    Avantages

    Greatest group of people I've worked with. The majority of the talent is amazing at what they do – truly some of the best!

    Inconvénients

    Executive Management (EPs, some heads of departments), don't objectively run their teams. There is a clique-like aspect, they lean heavily into favoritism and emotions, and little is based on performance and/or execution of work. It is very political and strictly hierarchical – there is little opportunity for upward advancement unless you have a personal (and unprofessional) relationship with higher ups. Requires... you to play the game *really* hard. Additionally, no bonuses (though verbally new hires are told there are) and no cost of living salary adjustments.
