One of the biggest highlights for me is the management. I’m lucky to have an incredibly supportive manager who genuinely cares about the team’s growth and well-being. Communication is clear, feedback is constructive, and there’s a lot of trust given to employees to do their work independently. Overall, it’s a great place for people who enjoy a creative, digital-first environment and want to develop their skills.
Inconvénients
For remote employees, there aren’t many additional security benefits such as health insurance or similar coverage. It would be great if more benefits could be offered for remote team members in the future.
