If you love yourself please stay away!!
Avantages
1. Endless Drama – If you love reality TV-style office politics, this place is a goldmine. Every day is a new episode of "Who's Getting Fired Today?" 2. Management’s Open Door Policy – Of course, the door is always open… but only if you're in the right clique. Otherwise, you're better off talking to the wall. 3. Constant Uncertainty – Who needs job security? Here, you can experience the thrill of wondering if your role will be eliminated at any given moment! 4. Zero Appreciation – Want to work hard and get no recognition? Look no further. It’s truly inspiring how effortlessly they can ignore employees doing their best. 5. Unrealistic Expectations – If you’ve always dreamed of doing the job of three people with zero support, this is your dream company.
Inconvénients
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. From the moment I joined, it was clear that internal politics ruled everything. Management is completely out of touch with reality, making decisions that seem to serve their own interests instead of the well-being of the employees or the company as a whole. It feels like favoritism is the only way to get ahead—if you're not part of the right clique, you're completely ignored. The communication here is a joke. Upper management is consistently disengaged and unapproachable, and when they do offer feedback, it's either vague or contradictory. It's clear that they have no understanding of how to properly manage teams or handle basic employee relations. There’s no recognition for hard work, and constructive feedback is nonexistent. What’s worse, the atmosphere is toxic. Employees are constantly pitted against each other, and morale is so low that it’s hard to find motivation to get through the day. It's a shame because there could have been so much potential here, but poor leadership has absolutely ruined any chance of success. I would not recommend this company to anyone, unless you enjoy being part of a dysfunctional mess.
