The company has projects and money to survive for next 3 years.
Inconvénients
1. very racist management, racist managers 2. very old managers who sit in cabins without any idea of what's going on. 3. age old slow moving culture. 4. they are stuck in time and desperately trying to get some project which would keep the company floating. 5. no coloured individual can think of becoming a lead engineer or manager. 6. clearly misses the thrill. 7. obviously HR doesnt care
