My experience at this company was extremely disappointing. Advancement appears to depend more on personal favoritism than on performance or merit. The same individuals consistently receive opportunities, while others are left with little recognition for their work. Unless you are closely aligned with management, career progression and salary increases seem highly unlikely. The workplace culture felt unwelcoming and, at times, openly biased. I observed and experienced attitudes that I perceived as discriminatory, particularly toward women. This created a stressful and unsupportive environment where employees did not feel valued equally. Benefits are minimal to non-existent, and employee turnover is exceptionally high — which, in my view, reflects deeper issues with morale and leadership. HR was not supportive when concerns were raised. Instead of addressing issues constructively, interactions often felt dismissive and defensive, with little willingness to acknowledge or resolve systemic problems. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a fair, inclusive, and professional work environment.
