Kind support, high motivation: a great place to start
Avantages
Exceptional onboarding: The first month is incredibly well-structured. I was given a clear checklist, a dedicated buddy, and a manager who prioritized 1:1s from day one. They actually give you quality time to learn the material and shadow others. 95% of my account was correctly setup from the start (no time wasted creating tickets). Warm welcome: Received company swag on my first day and had 30-minute introductory chats with people across different teams, which made integration feel seamless and human (even more important for a fully remote position). High-quality product: The solution we work on is brilliant and well-thought-out. If you have industry expertise, it’s very easy to "connect the dots" and get up to speed quickly. Efficient internal culture: The workplace is highly organized. We use Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tools effectively to keep communication clear and avoid tasks without real value.
Inconvénients
Information density: Because there is so much documentation and access to various platforms, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first to navigate all the different knowledge bases and websites. Fast-paced engineering: The product moves incredibly quickly with new features released weekly. It’s exciting, but it will definitely be a continuous challenge to keep up with the pace of product evolution. Minor IT friction: My initial computer setup had some missing configuration which took a few hours to resolve on the first morning. It’s a small hurdle, but one to be aware of for the first day.
