- lack of understanding from management about what "international" really means
- lots of decisions powered by soju
- hiring of former LG/Samsung/etc... executives to director positions for no strategic contribution - they just want control
- more managers/directors than people executing tasks
- too many immature interns have too much leeway to talk to students in a bad way / lack of supervision
- Korean managers/directors will always know better than you, and they are paid to just count student enrolment numbers
- absence of support - you are mostly on your own
- office conditions are horrendous (no heater in winter or no AC in summer). No sunlight throughout the day
- lack of financial incentives
- management sees more incoming students as more upcoming problems and does not consider financial contribution
- total absence of career evolution opportunities
- they will squeeze you until the very last drop
