      Avantages

      I have been working at Workleap since 5 years now and I've grown a lot. The environment and projects move fast, so if you don't like routine, this is the place for you. I also get to work with amazing people. They are the main reason I'm looking forward to work everyday. The perks package and pay are also great.

      A lot of changes are happening in the company. You need to have adaptability and flexibility to work here.

      Avantages

      Workleap has undergone a lot of changes, and it shows — but in a positive way. You can feel the effort to realign internally, and many initiatives have really helped. The tech market is tough, so yes, there have been some more intense periods, but the direction is clearly positive. Leadership listens and genuinely cares. The people are great, and you can see the company truly trying to do things right.

      Inconvénients

      Like any company navigating a lot of change, things can feel unclear at times. Priorities can shift quickly, The pace can get intense, especially with the challenges in the tech market. That said, many of these issues have been actively addressed, and you can genuinely feel things significantly improving.
