Terrible corporate culture, the CEO (ex Paddy Power) placed people he worked with previously at key positions of the company, their objective is to please him, and therefore the reality of the business is deformed, their number doesn't reflect the reality of the business and there is a discrepancy in what Management wants their numbers to be, and what they actually are; this resulted in countless hours of overtime, even during weekends that remained unpaid, bonus not paid despite what management said (ie. yeah you'll have your bonus, it just needs to be approved by the board, no bonus approved) This resulted in high churn in employees, competencies, and knowledge left the company a long time ago, and the situation keeps deteriorating, with the hire of contractors, and people of no knowledge of remittances/fintech fast-paced environment. Therefore newcomers are formed by also newcomers that joined just before, and the situation can't get better, as they are forced into that toxic-management environment with low wages, overtime, and no perspectives for improvement if the CEO and its Paddy Power friends are still in place.
