      Avantages

      Excellent flex time and telework options for eligible employees. Laid back culture with a focus on employee work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      It is sometimes difficult to communicate internally, business processes could use some tuning, healthcare benefits could be better but it is understandable.

      Avantages

      Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

      Inconvénients

      The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
