      Avantages

      They worked with me from HR when I got sick but not all contracts are conducive to certain life issues. Their HR works well in trying to make sure that you have what you need but sometimes they are limited to what they can do depending on what contract you are under.

      Inconvénients

      They are not always able to be flexible with some contract companies.

      Avantages

      Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

      Inconvénients

      The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
