      Avantages

      Decent pay, great work life balance, Low stress if you can actually sell, I personally have a very good relationship with my agency owner and other members of the team.

      Inconvénients

      There is not really anything in it for me. I generate 50% of my own pay and there are zero benefits of any kind.

      Avantages

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Inconvénients

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
