      Avantages

      Allstate is a fortune 500 company that historically has cared about its culture.

      Inconvénients

      During the years the culture at Allstate has had a dramatic change. Being a Fortune500 company, Allstate needs to look for ways to stay competitive. However, I believe this has been at the expense of the employee value proposition. What used to be a great company to work for is no longer valid.

      Avantages

      Local office had great support from my EA and coworker.

      Inconvénients

      Systems constantly changing, poor IT support, state regulations constantly changing. No benefits in local offices and our rates are too high to compete.
