      Avantages

      Occasional opportunities to travel. Pretty good pay and encouragement to grow skills. Great teams of people across the board. Great support from executive level.

      Inconvénients

      Limited growth in my department. Not a lot of work flexibility.

      Avantages

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Inconvénients

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Avantages

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
