Avantages
Working at BKL is genuinely really enjoyable and I look forward to coming to work. I've been given clear objectives and expectations of what my role involves and regular meetings with my manager to discuss performance and feedback, and what my future progression will look like and what I need to do to achieve it. BKL is also really flexible - much more flexible than anywhere else I've worked, in terms of working from home and what hours you do, I feel like BKL does genuinely care about it's people and invests in their success. It feels like a people-centred organisation and the values are reflected in the everyday ways of working. Lastly, everyone is friendly and fun to work with! It's not a super uptight, boring, corporate environment and there is room to have fun at work which I really appreciate.
Inconvénients
I can't really think of any but sometimes the flexibility that BKL gives people means it's difficult for everyone in the team to get together as people might be working out of different offices or from home and it's more rare for everyone to be in the same office at the same time. However there's usually one day a week when everyone plans to be together as an 'anchor day'.
