Avantages

- Depends on who is looking at it.... the best place for people who has been in the company for many years (decades are very common) and does not have big ambitions for growth or mobility, but want to keep their Status Quo. - Has good wedges & benefits. Flex time is the best. - Really nice offices and subsided restaurant inside.

Inconvénients

- The Internal politics are always first... performance, consumer needs and what really happens to people inside goes next. - Aversion to risk, everything needs to be analyzed to the extreme detail and with the most conservative aproach. - In spite of a respectful manner, Speaking openly and expressing different opinions to open a discussion, especially in public, is seen as unpolitic and conflictive. The confrontations are actively avoided and seen as negative. - The global culture behaviors and values sound great in paper but are far from real culture. The movement of the culture toward them can hardly be seen.

Avantages

I met some really great people there. I felt like I was truly a part of something bigger than myself. Loved the goal... health for all, hunger for none. I mentored some brilliant minds, and I am honored to have been there to support them.

Inconvénients

If the team you're working with likes you, you're golden. If you do things a little differently but can still achieve good results, it will not be enough. Basically, fit in or they will find clever ways to get rid of you, like putting you in charge of a project that you have little-to-no experience working on, and then terminate you when things aren't 100% better.
