Avantages

Easier hiring, friendly coordinators and they get you a visa.

Inconvénients

Limited career prospects, no benefits like pension or healthcare, low pay, you have to pay for your own visa renewal and you only get a one year visa. For training sessions you are paid at a lower rate than what you would normally get for working a normal day. Most decent companies would pay you your normal salary even if you're doing training. No pay during the summer months and when you don't work, though I think this is normal for most dispatch companies. Your first health check is not paid either and they take it from your salary without mentioning it.. No pay rise incentives. They take most of the salary that the Board of Education pays.
