Bad experience - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Broadcom

no flexibility, no work life balance. leadership team is in denial and pretends that everything is awesome. it just sucks. the work environment is very toxic that it would kill your passion and enthusiasm. there are people who practices harassment and management is okay with it (they will listen to your complains but not do anything about it). I don't recommend this company unless you are just in for the money. there's no culture and no budget even though they keep on saying they are earning a lot. you fear retaliation. you are not safe here.
