Inconvénients
Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly.
Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
