No training, no support, they throw new grads straight into insane workloads and bleed you dry for profit. Turnover is through the roof and nobody in management cares, because it’s all about the money. Feels like a dodgy shell company doing whatever it wants. Management is a mess, hostile, reactive, completely disorganised and a click bait. No clear direction, no care for well-being, no real accountability. Governance is all over the place and communication is terrible. If you value your sanity, career, or work-life balance, stay far away. The long hours and constant pressure will wreck you for life. Once they’ve drained you, they’ll just replace you and do it to the next person. Csc you know full well that the whole 75unitd per day is fake. Turnover is scary high, and honestly the whole Capital Markets side needs a proper investigation. The way it runs feels like a dodgy shell company that puts shady practices over people.
