Avantages
My experience at Cheil has been very positive overall. The team I work with is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely works together toward shared goals. We have a strong lead who provides clear direction and creates a healthy working dynamic. The company also offers good flexibility, competitive salaries, solid benefits, and a pleasant work environment. Another positive aspect is the potential of the clients and projects, which makes the work engaging and meaningful.
Inconvénients
The main area that could be improved is the leadership within the Human Resources team. At times, it feels like they are more focused on protecting the company than truly understanding and supporting the people who work there. There could be more empathy, better communication, and a more human approach when dealing with employees. Aside from that, my overall experience has been good.
