      I had a very tight-knit team. We weren't just a team, we were a family. Our synergy was amazing.

      Administration/Management wasn't doing well in handling employees and employee concerns.

      Medical, vision, dental, and overall health care coverage is great

      Inconvénients

      no cons regarding health care. There are two types: high deductible and low deductible. If you choose high deductible you will pay almost nothing

      well paid, cool coworkers, interesting projects occasionally

      Inconvénients

      favoritism is big here, a lot of the CD's can't actually give good direction and regularly tank our chances for pitches
