      Avantages

      Good management and treat employees well. Provided plenty of training and opportunities to be promoted.

      Inconvénients

      I can't think of many. I didn't fit in well with my team but that wasn't because the company was doing something wrong. We were all just very different people.

      Good benefits, company matching for 401k

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment where we are required to work overtime to meet project deadlines but are not compensated fairly. Bonuses are not always paid out even for stellar performance.
