      Working as a contractor has many perks, especially when it comes to working overtime. Not involved with the consulting agency and a lot depends on the company that you are working for.

      Inconvénients

      Management does not always keep you informed about your current contract status. Only provides updates on what is happening with the company when asked. Usually find out what is happening through networking.

      CTG is part of Cegeka, which is a big European company that offers depth in the IT arena. If you want to learn more about how an IT department should be run, they have a lot of playbooks you can use.

      Its a big company and hard to find things or people who can help you easily.
