Perspective commerciale
Avantages
A paycheck, an indoor working environment, and a convenient location. Five day work week. New projects and programs to work help to break the monotony. You can learn a lot about supply-chain and technology. If you are outgoing and don't mind being on the phone and dealing with I.T. it's a pretty decent gig.
Inconvénients
There is no room for advancement. Management does not know what they are doing. Lower level employees who do the majority of the heavy lifting are treated like dirt. The pay and benefits are meager at best, in line with the industry (call-center). Don't expect much from this place.
