      Warm, human. Treat Engineers like human beings. Work has reasonable level of urgency and high level of complexity.

      Inconvénients

      Poor 401k company match, otherwise benefits and comp are great.

      Great product, in-person office atmosphere is very good, great learning opportunity for someone newly stepping into first sales role from previous SDR position

      Inconvénients

      Ran through sales account patches, below average base pay for role vs. rest of industry, can be a bit of a pressure cooker at times, high turnover
