Heard mixed comments from different departments. Because of the rapid growth, our department is short staffed and established employees are spread thin. Credit is not given to individual contributor, but to the supervisor or manager. Get ready to get calls in the middle of the night even if you are not 24hr IT support. Get ready to be asked to work from home during medical leave. Couple cases of burnout among my colleagues. Salary below market value, except for management (who by the way drive Tesla and the like). Public shaming of parking offenders (companywide emails). They tow your car without notice when you are not in the right company's parking space.
