      Easy job with lots of breaks. good starting wages.

      Inconvénients

      No communication between management and operators. Never going to get a raise. No upward potential.

      Hot in summer, repetitive, always machine problems.

      Avantages

      You support a local site. Good rapport with other departments and hourly makes the job great.

      Inconvénients

      Company merger. Domtar was the gold standard between the 3 companies. Now, Resolute seems to make all the decisions despite being the farthest behind in IT.
