Avantages
Good pay, great company culture, higher ups are relatively accessible and easy to talk to, positive working environment, they love to promote from within. Most people who have run the company and its different departments started out at one of Eze's previous iterations.
Inconvénients
Clients can be very demanding. Many things are treated like life and death, creating an often unpredictable work schedule with some long or late hours. Despite being demanding, most clients are good and nice about it all, but the loud and impolite minority can ruin your day or week with a single phone call. Things seem to be better since I left because the project management and support elements of the job have been split, making clients much more manageable.
