Avantages
It's great working with people who are so passionate about the brand. This is a company with great history and a dream come true if you're a music lover. It's also nice just hearing talented people play while you're working, you don't get that at a lot of offices.
Inconvénients
Culture could be improved but people have to be willing to join in when the management is trying to implement activities to improve morale.
