My first interview went well — the conversation was engaging, and I felt there was a strong alignment between my skills and the role. I was told I would receive an email to reschedule for a second interview. Unfortunately, I never heard back, despite following up. The lack of communication was disappointing, as it left the process feeling incomplete and unprofessional. Clear and timely follow-up is an important part of candidate experience, and this ultimately impacted my impression of the company. Based on this, I would not apply for a role with them in the future.

First application in January, result in May. Long waiting times in between interviews, HR located in a different country. Interviews themselves very positive, great communication with hiring manager and the team.
