Avantages
Competitive pay, flexible schedule and for the most part friendly co-workers.
Inconvénients
No company back up. If supplies are low or completely gone, too bad. If there is a complaint, it is always the employee's fault. Sweat shop like work load; very small opportunity for growth and high employee turnaround.
