      Avantages

      The work culture at Firstsource is genuinely supportive, and managers are generally approachable and willing to guide. There’s a strong emphasis on teamwork, and the environment feels stable. The company provides opportunities to learn new skills and work with well-known clients. Internal movements are possible if you're proactive, and HR policies are fairly transparent.

      Inconvénients

      While the work environment is positive, compensation and yearly appraisals could be more competitive. Some processes are rigid and slow to change. Growth opportunities vary by team and business vertical, so progress can feel inconsistent.

      Avantages

      Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

      Inconvénients

      People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
