Avantages
Competitors seek talent from Fluor because they know how poorly they treat people, so there is life after Fluor. It's easy to shine since they are so behind the times.
Inconvénients
A level of undeserved arrogance in so many long time employees who cover each others backs and cash checks with out delivering any value or results. Worst health insurance I've ever seen. Good talent is let go while the buddy system keeps the 30 year employees around even though they can't open a laptop without instructions.
