3. This company has become like a cult with only a select few getting all the benefits despite of poor performance
4. What matters is making noise/showing how busy you are without actually delivering anything
5. Client Partners do not meet the clients and 90% of the times work out of home but will expect the team members to work out of client office 5 days a week
