      Avantages

      Great company culture, really friendly environment to join with lots of support and training. The environment is set up for you to take ownership of your own success, although help and support is always available if needed. Not overly KPI driven and if you are doing well there are plenty of rewards and incentives.

      Inconvénients

      A few minor things that you will find in any organisation but at least you will have the opportunity to be heard.
