6yIt’s great to read about your experience to date at Gattaca and that you’re continuing to progress and work towards open promotion targets. You’re absolutely right, we do a lot with our social events and incentives and this is an important part of our culture. We’re always looking at suggestions here too, so feel free to drop me a line if you have some ideas.
It’s good to hear that you’re benefiting from the more flexible working arrangements. Over the past 5 years, we’ve increased the number of working patterns (including part time working), have a number of people who work from home now and introduced flexible start and finish times earlier this year. Our technology is improving which will allow more remote working, and whilst this doesn’t necessarily suit all roles in the company, we continue to encourage conversations between managers and employees on this.
We would welcome any ideas you have on incentives for new business/business development. Feel free to come and speak to me, or indeed any of the leadership team.
