      Avantages

      - The people you work with are enthusiastic and passionate. I felt I could share and brainstorm across teams without feeling pushed or judged - The projects are definitely inspiring, especially in a smaller team, you get ownership of big projects and I really liked the challenge of tackling problems however you see fit. - Good company benefits, such as free lunches and brunches and discounts, etc. - A decent work life balance, especially if you work with a manager who is understanding and gives you realistic deadlines.

      Inconvénients

      - Sometimes, too many unnecessary and unproductive meetings. - Did not see results for some of my projects and they were let go despite working hard on them.
