2yThank you for taking the time to provide us with your input. It's great to hear that you value the vibrant team spirit, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities we offer. These are core aspects of our culture that we take great pride in.
We hear your concerns, particularly regarding the feedback culture and recent modifications to our remote work policy, as well as the adjustments to the home office equipment budget.
We believe in the benefits of in-person interactions, which we view as crucial for fostering a stronger sense of connection and support among team members. Physical presence in the office can amplify our culture of motivation, minimize misunderstandings, and enable more straightforward and efficient communication. Concerning the changes to the home office equipment budget, office equipment will remain available through our Internal IT team.
We also want to address your point regarding the handling of negative feedback. It is with genuine regret that we learn this has been part of your experience. Cultivating an environment where feedback is openly and constructively received is a key priority for us. Should there be a need, we actively encourage involving your manager, your HR representative, or ERG to aid in facilitating these important discussions. On top of that, sometimes a team-wide training can be a great way to address these issues.
We are grateful for your insights and are keen on continuing this conversation.
