- fun people - good atmosphere - rather lot time to meet people and drink coffe - good company software
Inconvénients
- project i got hired for didn't start - no single good project in cracow for Java Developers. - I got asked to work in a project where rest of the team is in a separate location - work-life-balance is entirely dependant on what client says. In one project you may work from home for whole week and in other there might be no wfh at all. In one project you may have flexible working hours and in another you must be every day exactly at 10:00. - When client has no entry interview they start to hire everyone (as they only outsource people)
